The Thailand Board of Investment New York Office (BOI New York), in collaboration with the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), organized a media familiarization trip for journalists from the United States and Canada to visit Thailand from May 10–17, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to explore Thailand’s potential as an investment destination in the semiconductor and advanced electronics industries.

During the trip, the media delegation visited key industrial zones and high-tech manufacturing facilities located in strategic regions across the country. The program also included participation in SUBCON Thailand 2025, a leading international industrial subcontracting and business matching event, which connects Thai manufacturers with global industry players.

This initiative aims to provide first-hand insights into Thailand’s business and investment environment, as well as to highlight the country’s growing role in global supply chains, particularly in industries that rely on high technology and innovation.
