On November 25, 2025, Mrs. Cherdchan Arunrat, Director of BOI New York Office and Ms. Janthapat Saichumin, Deputy Director of BOI New York Office attended a commemorative ceremony in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Passing of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (King Rama VI) on 25 November 2025 and the 100th Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana on 24 November 2025. The ceremony was held at New York Dhammaram Temple. The event was attended by officials and staff of the Royal Thai Consulate-General and Team Thailand agencies in New York, who gathered to honor and commemorate this auspicious occasion.

On this occasion, Ms. Somjai Taphaopong, Consul General of Thailand in New York, presided over the ceremony. The ceremonies included merit-making and laid a wreath before the portrait of His Majesty King Vajiravudh, followed by a floral offering before the portrait of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana. The ceremony was conducted to pay tribute and express deep reverence and gratitude for His Majesty and Her Royal Highness’s immeasurable benevolence.
